If you’re like me, you’ve gone into middle age, kicking and screaming, not wanting to grow old. But you’re probably wondering why you should listen to some middle-age guy who decided to write a book on anti-aging.
I’m not a doctor.
I’m not even a medical professional.
I am a successful engineer and businessman who became incredibly frustrated in my quest for finding the Holy Grail of anti-aging. And I decided to do something about it!
Over the last two decades of my research into anti-aging, I have traveled the country to personally meet with the “experts” in the field. I have researched and experimented with:
- “Health” foods, and even
- HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)
In short, I have looked into every “next best thing”. During my quest, I realized why I, and everyone else, was so frustrated. Simply put, there was no solid, concise, accurate information available in one place which showed how to slow, stop, or even reverse the aging process.
